For over 35 years, we’ve been at the forefront of innovation, specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of exceptional polyurethane and epoxy-based materials. Our expertise spans across a wide range of industries, including commercial and residential construction, automotive, oil & gas, agriculture, mining, and industrial applications.
Our Canadian Roots
Founded in 1987, Elastochem has evolved from a small family business into a trusted leader in castings, coatings, and spray foam insulation. As a privately-owned company, we develop and manufacture our materials right here in Brantford, ON.

Our passionate team of engineers and chemists leverages cutting-edge technology and rigourous testing to develop solutions that are effective, safe, and reliable. With the recent expansion of our Brantford facility to a 105,000 square-foot space, we’ve increased production capabilities and created high-tech R&D facilities to further our innovation.
Building Enclosure Solutions
Our largest divisions focus on building enclosure, featuring our Insulthane® Spray Polyurethane Foam and Hygrothane™ polyurea waterproofing membrane. These advanced products enhance durability and provide superior protection for residential and commercial structures.
