SwiftSeal Prime EP11 is a two-component, low-viscosity, 100% solids epoxy primer designed for concrete surfaces. It enhances adhesion by penetrating porous substrates, reducing the risk of pinholes when applying topcoats. EP11 also strengthens surface preparation and can be combined with aggregate to create high-performance repair mortars.
