La transformaci\u00f3n, de tres plantas y 4.300 m\u00b2, se convirti\u00f3 en el mayor proyecto de rehabilitaci\u00f3n Passive House de Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Se aplic\u00f3 espuma en spray de c\u00e9lula cerrada Insulthane\u00ae Extreme sobre el ladrillo existente para conseguir los valores R y la estanqueidad al aire requeridos. Se aplicaron 15 cm de espuma pulverizada (tres pasadas) sobre la membrana en el exterior para conseguir un R-39 nominal.
